  • When do you restock?

    We aim to keep all our regular items in stock all the time. Occosianally a product will go out of stock and we try to get it back on the shelves within 2 days so if theres something you’re keen to try you can always send a message and see when they’ll be back.

    Why choose us? Several reasons. We aim to have the best range of freeze dried lollies available. We have high quality standards and only use products that meet those. We don’t use generic no-name lollies, but use well known favourites. Our products speak for themselves.

  • What payment options are there at checkout?

    We are glad to now be able to offer several payment options, credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay and Applepay.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand. We ship via Australia post flat rates with standard and express options for Aussies.

  • Are there any allergens?

    All allergens listed in the nutrition information are listed are on the product listing itself. We clean and sanitise equipment after each batch and avoid anything containing nuts. Some lollies will contain Soy or Gluten and sometimes milk so please check the listing before hand.

  • What is Freeze drying?

    Freeze drying also known as lyophilisation, is a food preservation technique. It works by removing almost all the water from the product. The snacks are frozen down to around -30 then the chamber is emptied of all air creating a vacuum, the snacks are then heated back up and the solid frozen water turns straight to vapour skipping the liquid stage this is what causes the unique puffy characteristic of freeze dried treats.

  • What should I expect the freeze dried lollies to taste like?

    Freeze dried lollies tend to have a stronger flavour due to the increase surface area. The other fun property of freeze dried lollies is their unique texture, your once soft gummies are now puffy and crispy, chewy Red Rippers are now crunchy like rock candy..

  • How do I store my items?

    If still sealed store in the pantry. After opening press out the extra air from the bag then reseal the ziploc closed. Store the packed in a cool dry location away from direct light. To maintain the highest quality consume straight away after opening, if you have better self-control consume within 7 days of opening.

  • What is your shipping policy?

    We Ship all across Australia and even internationally!
    All orders are shipping using Australia Post with a tracking number provided. You will receive your tracking number via email when your order has been fulfilled.

  • When will my items be shipped?

    We are a small business who endeavors to get every order to your door as soon as possible, we aim for next business day whenever possible, sometimes even the same business day. Please allow for extra delivery time due to current Covid-19 restrictions or high postal demand.

  • How do freeze dried lollies go with transport?

    Freeze dried lollies can be quite delicate. Some breakage can occur during shipping but this won’t affect the taste or experience at all. If you have any concerns about the product you received please get in contact with us.

  • Shelf Life?

    Although our products are labelled with a 6 week shelf life as is legally required, we will point out this is a Best Before date not an expiry. You will notice no decrease in quality or change in food safety after this date.

    We take confectionery with a 2 year shelf life freeze dry it, a food preservation technique removing water, this makes them even more shelf stable. Freeze dried products can be shelf stable for up to 25 years.

  • Why is there a fee for pickup?

    Due to limitations of the website hosting we aren’t able to provide just a pick option.

    We have tried to keep this as low as possible for our Perth customers. We do however need to pay the people who handle the orders at pick up location, for the packing materials and for the time of staff to prepare and pack the orders as such we can only offer free pickup on orders over $40, use code FREEPICKUP
